Spice boys! Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson have been on a promotional tour in the U.S
They ended their relationship earlier this year with an 'amicable' break-up.
And now Caroline Flack has shown she is still friends with ex Harry Styles, by congratulating him and band One Direction for making history by becoming the first UK group to top the US album charts with their debut album.
Caroline wrote on her Twitter page today: 'Incredible news for One D!!!! HUGE news x'
And she wasn't the only one to comment on the group's massive Stateside success on the micro-blogging site.
'HUGE news!' Harry's ex Caroline Flack was quick to offer the band congratulations for their success
Simon Cowell, who signed One Direction to his Syco Music record label last year, tweeted this morning: 'I couldn’t be happier for @onedirection, it is an incredible achievement. They deserve it. They have the best fans in the world.'
While Olly Murs wrote: 'WELL DONEEEEE!! @onedirection #1 with Debut Album in US Billboard Charts!! 1st Ever Uk Band to do it!! That's amazing stuff lads!! Ledge!!'
It was announced yesterday that One Direction had debuted at No.1 on the BillBoard chart with their album Up All Night.
The previous highest entry for a UK group’s first album was number six – when the Spice Girls entered the charts with their album Spice in 1997.
But, speaking on Daybreak this morning, Liam Payne admitted the group are still reeling from the news.
He said: 'Everything has happened so quickly it’s little bit of a shock to be honest with you. We didn’t expect to be over here, even release an album let alone be the first to debut at number one ever - I don’t think it’s quite hit home yet really - it’s quite strange.'
As they were: Caroline and Harry last year before their split
Liam added: 'It’s just really surreal to think you were one of those five lucky people chosen on that day. Anybody could have made the band out of the boy’s category that day and to know that you’re in a band that has achieved so much in the past 18 months is incredible.
'It’s crazy, but we’re all so naive to the music industry that we don’t really understand these things!
'And getting number ones and how many you have sold and people tell you all these stats and tell you they are great but you kind of just smile because you don’t really understand it that much so you just kind of go with it I suppose!'
Leggy lady! Caroline stuck to her wardrobe staple of tiny shorts at the RTS Programme Awards 2012 last night, before changing into a denim miniskirt to enjoy the sunshine today
Cheeky: Harry Styles tips his hat as the band make it big in the USA hitting the top spot in the album charts
The teen pop sensations recently enjoyed a jam-packed promotional tour across America and caused pandemonium wherever they went it seemed.
The group also performed on the Today show two weeks ago in front of thousands of excited fans who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the group.
As well as performing a ten date tour it was recently announced that the group have bagged their own Nickelodeon show.
Excitement: Olly Murs, who also found success on The X Factor, tweeted his congratulations
We did it! the boys posted a thank you picture on their Facebook page today
On Saturday Harry made a shameless attempt to get Kim Kardashian's attention by turning up to a radio interview in the U.S. holding a massive posted of her in a bikini.
On it, he's attached a post-it note, with a message for the 31-year-old that said: 'Call me... Maybe?'
Harry seems to have a penchant for dating older women, following his three-month fling with The Xtra Factor host, Caroline Flack, 32.
He had used a similar technique to woo her - posing with a sign that read: 'To Flackster! Never too old... Let's make it happen!! Lots of love, Harry S.'
Harry was with the rest of One Direction at the Q102 radio station in Pennsylvania last week as they continue their U.S. promotional blitz.
