Super trim: Sarah Harding shows off her flat stomach in Primrose Hill
If you've ever needed motivation to kickstart the pre-summer diet, let this be it.
Sarah Harding showcased an enviably flat midriff while strolling along Primrose Hill today. The Girls Aloud star slipped into a cute grey vest top, that hovered just above her navel.
The 30-year-old singer barely had an inch to pinch as she also appears to have been working out with weights in the gym as well as just shedding pounds on cardio exercises like the running machine.
Upon Sarah's T-shirt was a tribute to US hip-hoppers Run DMC, with a picture of the group and the slogan 'It's Like That', taken from the their 1983 dancefloor track of the same name.
Despite the sporty look, which Sarah teamed with black leggings and a pair of trainers, she opted for a full face of make-up and her blonde hair slicked back into a ponytail.
Rambo: Sarah appears to have been doing weights as well as cardio
Embracing the spring weather in a pair of large aviators, Sarah is perhaps shunning carbs before a possible bikini getaway as she bit into an apple, clutching a bottle of water and pineapple slices.
While obviously on the slender side, she is looking healthy and does not need to lose more weight.
However, after Kimberley Walsh revealed there will be a reunion tour in 2013, perhaps she is hoping to get a head start with her endurance for the two hour arena shows each night.

Walsh, who is currently starring in Shrek: The Musical, said the girls will join forces again for their tenth year anniversary.
She said: 'I know everyone’s been speculating about what we will do. It will be arena dates at the start of next year and we will have new music to go with it.'
Yesterday, Sarah was seen running errands in a skull T-shirt, taking advantage of her daily chores by doubling up Waitrose carrier bags as weights.
