She helped McFly drummer Harry Judd to victory on Strictly Come Dancing last year.
And it looks as though Aliona Vilani is getting in fighting shape for the next show.
The 27-year-old Russian dancer was spotted working out in a west London park.
And she showed off her amazing dancer figure in a little black crop top and tiny shorts. Her strawberry blonde hair was pulled back into a messy ponytail.
Aliona went through a vigorous routine which involved standing upside down on her hands while leaning against a tree.
She then rose on her arms and legs into a bridge movement. The super fit TV star then headed to the gym for yet more training. Aliona moved to the U.S. from Russia when she was just 13 and joined the Kaiser Dance Academy in Brooklyn, New York. In 2001.

After winning the amateur ballroom category with her team in the National Dance Congress, she turned professional and became the youngest dancer in the U.S. to have done so.
She spends most of her time in Los Angeles where she competes, performs and teaches and has also appeared as a guest dancer on Dancing with the Stars in Hollywood.
She first appeared on Strictly in 2009, when she was partnered with Rav Wilding, but they were eliminated in week three.
The next year Aliona joined the Strictly tour, partnered with actor Ricky Groves, before joining the show again last year.
